For our November Rendez-Vous, we’re delighted to welcome
Olivier Flament for a special presentation exploring Disney’s
journey from its French roots to its global success.

From the opening of Euro Disney to the expansion of Disney parks around the
world, discover the story behind one of the most iconic entertainment
companies and its international journey.

Join us for an engaging evening with Olivier Flament, who will share insights
from his remarkable career at Disney, his firsthand experience with the
opening of multiple parks around the world, and his perspective on the
company’s global development.

Meet Our Guest Speaker: Olivier Flament

Olivier Flament, his wife Caroline who teaches at the Alliance Francaise,
and her three kids have lived in Orlando since 2007. He joined Disney in
1991, six months before the opening of Euro Disney, then moved to many
different roles over the years before and after his relocation. This
includes firsthand involvement in the opening of multiple parks in France,
the US, Hong Kong to Shanghai… Presently, he is a Vice President of
Decision Science Products at the Walt Disney Company, where he leads large
scale transformations of data-driven decision science, with a focus on top
line optimization.

Olivier is very involved with the French community as a friend and
ambassador of AFGO and FABCO, a lead of local emergency management for
French community in central Florida and, a Foreign Trade Advisor for the
French government mentoring business leaders in their settlement in the US.

When not at work, Olivier is an outdoors person, looking for thrilling
experiences such as running triathlons, skiing, catamaran sailing…

During this special Rendez-Vous, Olivier will share insights into Disney’s
international journey, his experience contributing to the opening of parks
around the world, and the evolution of the company from its European
beginnings to its global presence.
