“Little White Lies” in English
As announced in our September newsletter, the next movie night will take place in AFGO’s office
(1516 E. Colonial Dr., suite 120, Orlando, FL 32803) on Saturday, the 24th, starting at 6:30 pm.
Parking and entrance at the back of the building. Optional mask wearing.
As usual, we will have a friendly potluck dinner followed by the projection of a French movie,
subtitled in English.
This time we offer a film named “Little White Lies”, by Guillaume Canet.

Following a motorcycle accident that leaves a charismatic member (Jean Dujardin) of their group in
an intensive care unit, a close-knit circle of friends embarks on their summer getaway to Cap Ferret
in the south of France. Staying at wealthy family man Max’s (Francois Cluzet) spacious vacation
home, the sunny beachside idyll quickly becomes a place of heated tensions and outbursts among
the old acquaintances as the little lies underlying their relationships threaten to boil to the surface.
Featuring an all-star cast including Marion Cotillard and Gilles Lellouche, and a soundtrack of classic
hit songs, director Guillaume Canet’s follow-up to his smash hit “Tell No One” is a poignant and
inspiring comedy about owning up to the truths that define a life.
