The “P’tits Chefs” Explore the World of Flavors!
One of the highlights of our July Summer Camp was a special workshop led by Mathieu from Aromatech, who introduced our young chefs to the fascinating world of aromas.
Through hands-on activities like making flavored chips and syrups, the campers discovered how aromas, both natural and artificial give taste and color to foods we enjoy every day, from candy to yogurt and drinks.
Thank you to Mathieu and Aromatech for offering such a fun, educational, and delicious experience!
Aromatech is a French company specializing in the creation of natural and customized flavorings for the food and beverage industry.
Their U.S. branch is based in Orlando.

A Magical Evening with Les Petits Chanteurs de France
Les Petits Chanteurs de France is an all-boys choir from Paris composed of talented young singers aged 8 to 17.
Rooted in a centuries-old choral tradition, the choir is committed not only to vocal excellence but also to a spiritual, educational, and cultural mission, much like the world’s most renowned choir schools.
This impressive touring choir performs more than 45 concerts per year, including about 20 abroad. Their schedule includes prestigious venues, national and international tours, television appearances, radio broadcasts, charity galas, and more — all while fostering teamwork, resilience, and joy among its members. The choir helps each young singer grow into an open-minded, well-rounded individual.
We had the pleasure of attending their final U.S. tour concert at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, and what a night it was!
They captivated the audience with their angelic harmonies, graceful stage presence, and multilingual repertoire. And to everyone’s delight, they even sang “Jingle Bells” with the audience, adding a joyful and festive touch to the evening.
As their American tour comes to a close, we wish these young ambassadors of French culture a warm and heartfelt bon voyage back to France! I
